You can return any product within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Product must not be damaged by the customer
• Receipt or proof of purchase required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used
• Items damaged by customer misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Beauty & personal care products (hygiene reasons)

💰 Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
• If approved, refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
• Refund will be given as store credit or bank transfer

🚗 Wrong or Damaged Product?

If you received a wrong or damaged product, we will replace it for free or give a full refund. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
